Who runs the game
Storm Sevens is run by GreyHill Studios, MB, a company registered in Lithuania (company code 308164150), Girulių g. 10, LT-12112 Vilnius, Lithuania. These terms are an agreement between you and that company; “we” means the company.
Who can play
You must be at least 18 years old, and old enough to play simulated casino games where you live.
No real money
Storm Sevens is for entertainment only. Coins have no cash value: they cannot be exchanged for money or prizes, and nothing in the game is a real-money bet. Winning here does not mean you would win at real-money gambling.
Purchases
Coin packs and passes are bought through the App Store or Google Play and are added to your game once the store confirms payment. A pass adds rewards to one event and ends with it. Coins are a licence to use a game feature, not property: they have no cash value, cannot be transferred or refunded by us, and are lost if you delete your account. Refunds are handled by the store you bought from, under its rules. Prices and pack sizes may change.
Your account
Progress belongs to the install it was made on unless you link it to Apple or Google sign-in. Without sign-in, progress is lost if the app is removed. You can delete your account and progress at any time in Settings.
Fair play
Do not cheat, automate play, tamper with the game or its servers, or use another person’s account. We may reset or remove accounts that do.
The game may change
Machines, rewards, and balances may be changed, rebalanced, or reset, and the game may be discontinued. The game is provided as is, without warranties, to the extent the law allows.
